Something not working? Start with the three things below — one of them is the answer about nine times in ten.
The three usual culprits
You’re trying to download in the Etsy app. Downloads aren’t available in the Etsy phone app. Open etsy.com in Safari or Chrome instead, go to Your account → Purchases, find your PoshAuthentic order, and download from there.
You’re in a PDF reader, not a note-taking app. Preview, Books, and the Files preview show every page perfectly and ignore every link. That’s what’s happening when the tabs don’t respond. Open the planner in GoodNotes, Noteshelf, or Noteful.
You opened the planner instead of importing it. Importing brings it into the app as a document of its own, which is where the navigation lives. Opening it in place leaves it outside.
Getting your files
Etsy hands you a short PDF after checkout. That PDF is your download page — open it and tap the links inside to fetch your files.
Save both the files and the PDF somewhere easy to find. The PDF is your key to the whole order, and it’s how you download again on a new iPad or two years from now.
If it’s gone missing: it’s still in your Etsy purchases, and the links inside still work. If you can’t reach it at all, message us and we’ll send everything straight over.

A few things people ask
Does it work in Notability? Not properly. Notability adds blank pages when it imports a planner, which throws the home and calendar navigation out of alignment. It’s a Notability quirk rather than a fault in the file. If it’s the only app you have, message us and we’ll send you a workaround. Stickers and note templates are unaffected, since they don’t rely on links.
Can I use it on more than one device? Yes — it’s yours for personal use across your own devices.
Can I print it? The planner is built for a note app, where the tabs and links do the work. On paper you’d lose the part that makes it good.
Will I get updates? If we fix or improve a file, the new version is free. Re-download from your Etsy order, or message us and we’ll send it.
