Printables

Calendars you print at home, in black and white, for a wall, the fridge or a binder.

One product, for now

Printables are the one thing we make for paper rather than a screen. Black type, thin grey lines and a lot of white space, so they print clean on any printer, mono lasers included, and still look calm once they’re up.

Each one comes in every common paper size, with one ZIP per size. Half Letter and A5 suit a binder, Letter and A4 are the everyday sizes, and Ledger and A3 go on a wall. Open the ZIP your printer takes and ignore the rest, which is about as much admin as a calendar should ask of you.

A new edition comes out each year, in the same sizes and versions.

Questions we get asked

Which printer do I need?
Any home printer. Printables are black and white only, just black type and thin grey lines, so they print on anything, mono lasers included. The exception is the two large sizes, Ledger and A3. Most home printers can’t take them, so print those at a copy shop like Staples, FedEx Office or The UPS Store.
Which paper size do I open?
The one your printer takes. There’s one ZIP per paper size, so you can ignore the rest. Letter and A4 are the everyday sizes, Half Letter and A5 fit a binder, and Ledger and A3 are the big ones for a wall.
My printed page looks a little small, or the edges are cut off.
That’s the scale setting. In your print dialog, choose Actual size (sometimes called 100%) instead of Fit to page, and turn off borderless printing. Fit to page shrinks the sheet a few percent. Borderless blows it up and crops the edges.

Anything else, send us a note — we usually reply within one to two business days.

Something printing oddly? It’s usually the scale setting. If it isn’t, message us and we’ll sort it out with you.
